Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Any item from Choobly LLC can be returned, no questions asked.
However, items must include the original packaging AND be in the same condition as received.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Choobly LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.


Restocking Fees
Choobly LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from Choobly LLC, please send an email to tommy@choobly.com to begin the return process.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Choobly LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Choobly LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
